                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM J. C. CROWE, RELATIVE TO
                   THE GUNBARREL ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECT,
                   TRACT NO. 26, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF
                   THREE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,725.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from J. C. Crowe, relative to the
       Gunbarrel Road Right-of-Way Project, Tract No. 26, for a total
       consideration of $3,725.00.
